This is an original dated 1902 Stereo Viewer Photographic card by Underwood & Underwood. The photo depicts The Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. shortly after it was built. The caption reads: "(7) The magnificent new Congressional Library - most spacious of book repositories -- Washington U.S.A. Copyright 1902 by Underwood & Underwood." There is a full description of the view on the reverse of the card.
