JD SHED delivered fully assembled buildings or pre-fab kits to the side you choose. For delivery of assemble buildings, we ask that our truck be able to drive directly to the site and the pathway be;
-clear of all underground utilities (septic, wells, other,)
-free of all overhead obstructions lower than 13 feet and 1-2 feet wider then shed
-Dry and support the total weight of the delivery truck, trailer and shed. Shed site must be level and clear around 4 sides minimum 3 feet.
We are not responsible for any damage done to building or property after leaving paved road. If your site is inaccessible to our truck and we must return with the load, an additional transportation cost will be charged. Minimum return charge 5.00.
Customer is responsible for all permits, zoning lawn or property lines.
