Yes, the shelves are adjustable. The cabinet is make of Steel-Reinforced Dual-Wall Polyethylene Panels. The shed is weather resistant, but not water tight or water proof. Water can get between the seams of the roof panels which is then collected by the truss channel and drained outside the shed. You should not get much (if any) water inside your shed.
While not much in this world is rodent “proof”, our products stand up well to their environment. ). It would take a pretty persistent rodent to make its way through.
