WW1 Imperial German Shako Helmet

Description

This German WW1 Helmet is in absolutely great condition and is complete with everything it originally was issued with. The liner is intact, with the rope still holding it together. The helmet is stamped on the inside of the shell of the helmet with the manufacturer date, 1916. The Outside of the helmet is in good condition with the only flaws being the cracks.The insignia towards the front is completely perfect. The visor is still stiff and not moved at all, and there is no rust or damage whatsoever to the chinstrap mount. The top of the helmet is also still in good condition as are the sides. The helmet as well is a size 56. The stitching around the entirety of the helmet is in perfect condition and is not pulled or missing. The back neck guard on the helmet is also in good condition. Great condition WW1 German helmet and displays nicely.
