    Bavarian Officers Very Rare, Private Purchase
    1928 Schirmütze .
    I've had to up date this.i was told by the experts that is is a rare pre 1933 cap.
    The give away is that the the visor is 4.5 cm.
    This is a very well made schirmütze complete with the wire stiffener in the crown.. the oil cloth sweatband is in very good to excellent condition. The wool is a late war shade of gray feldgrau. Shows mothing, and wear. Size is 56.. has shrunk a bit but could be resized to its original.
    A very rare cap for the discriminating collector.
